About the Service

MyraMail is a free disposable email service. When you visit the Site, we generate a random email address for you (e.g. myra-XXXXXXXX@myramail.com). The address and any messages received at it are permanently deleted after 15 minutes.

The Service is provided free of charge. No payment is required, no plan is offered, and no account registration is needed. If we ever introduce a paid offering, these Terms will be updated and you will have the opportunity to accept the updated version before any payment is collected.

No Account, No Persistence

• MyraMail does not require sign-up. You do not provide a name, email, password, or any personal information to use the Service.
• Disposable mailboxes expire automatically after 15 minutes and are not recoverable.
• You are responsible for the use you make of your disposable address with third parties.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Use a disposable address to evade identity verification required by law (e.g. KYC, age verification, anti-money-laundering, sanctions screening)
• Use the Service to send, request, or solicit illegal content, including content infringing third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other mailboxes, or our infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to create disposable addresses in bulk or in a manner that degrades performance for other users
• Attempt to circumvent the 15-minute expiry, rate limits, or any other technical control
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to terminate a disposable session at any time, with or without notice, if we detect abuse or a violation of these Terms.

Inbound Email

Emails sent by third parties to a MyraMail disposable address are received by our self-hosted mail server and displayed to the holder of the disposable address for up to 15 minutes, after which both the message and the mailbox are permanently deleted. We do not read, scan, profile, sell, or share inbound messages. We do not retain messages beyond the 15-minute window.

If you are an email sender and your message was inadvertently sent to a MyraMail address, please contact us at contact@dynamic-foundries.com. Note that we cannot recover messages already deleted.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of SASU Dynamic Foundries and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written consent.

Inbound messages remain the property of their original senders. We do not claim any ownership over them.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SASU Dynamic Foundries does not warrant that:

• The Service will be available at all times without interruption
• Every inbound email will be received, displayed, or accessible during the 15-minute window
• The Service will be free of errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SASU Dynamic Foundries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to a third-party service that required email verification, or any consequence of an inbound email being deleted on schedule.

Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last update is indicated below.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
