Terms of Use

These terms govern use of MyraMail, a free 15-minute disposable inbox operated by SASU Dynamic Foundries.

Short answer

Use MyraMail only for lawful, authorized, low-risk receiving tasks. Do not rely on it for durable access, attempt bulk generation, evade another service's controls, or use it for fraud, spam, malware, or illegal content.

1. Service description

MyraMail creates a random @myramail.com inbox without account registration. The browser session lasts 15 minutes. The service receives email but cannot send, reply, forward, extend, restore, or provide a permanent address. A scheduled process removes expired mailboxes and their contents.

2. No guarantee of delivery or acceptance

Email can be delayed, filtered, rejected, or lost. Third-party websites can refuse disposable domains or prohibit them in their terms. Dynamic Foundries does not guarantee that an address will be accepted, that a particular message will arrive within 15 minutes, or that the service will always be available.

3. Acceptable use

You may use MyraMail for lawful, manual, short-lived receiving tasks. You must comply with the rules of any service where you provide the address and must have authorization for any software or email workflow you test.

4. Prohibited use

You must not:

  • Use MyraMail for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, malware, or infringement;
  • Evade identity, KYC, age, sanctions, account-ban, payment, or other controls;
  • Circumvent a third party's prohibition on disposable addresses;
  • Generate addresses through bots, scraping, bulk automation, or attempts to bypass rate limits;
  • Attempt to access another mailbox, probe infrastructure, or interfere with service availability;
  • Use the service to receive illegal content or material you are not entitled to access; or
  • Resell or redistribute access without written permission.

We may reject generation, remove a mailbox, block traffic, or cooperate with lawful investigations when necessary to protect the service and others.

5. Your responsibility

Do not use MyraMail for banking, payment, health, legal, government, employment, education, password recovery, or any account or record that may matter after expiry. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate email channel and for any loss caused by relying on a short-lived address.

6. Messages and privacy

Senders retain rights in their messages. MyraMail processes message content to deliver and display it during the mailbox lifecycle. The separate privacy policy explains mailbox deletion and longer-lived operational records.

7. Intellectual property

The MyraMail site, software, design, and original content belong to Dynamic Foundries or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant only a limited right to use the public service as intended.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted operation, universal delivery, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic Foundries is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of access, missed messages, third-party rejection, or decisions made using the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service and may update these terms. French law governs these terms, subject to mandatory law and jurisdiction that applies to you.
